As a Partner at Shoreline Associates, Lori works with clients to build effective workplace management practices. Lori holds a Ph.D. in management systems from Kent State University, a Master’s degree in human resource management from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.  Lori spent over 20 years as a Professor at Baldwin Wallace University where she served as the Burton D. Morgan Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship, coaching aspiring entrepreneurs and internal innovators. She has also completed certificate programs in building entrepreneurial ecosystems and teaching innovation from the Babson Academy for Entrepreneurship Education, a certificate in design-thinking from IDEO, and a certificate in project management from Baldwin Wallace University Executive Development
